The Fifth Settlement Duplex
The Fifth Settlement Duplex is a contemporary residential interior shaped around calm luxury, warm material balance, and a fluid open-plan lifestyle. Living, dining, kitchen, and lounge moments are connected through walnut wood, soft cream upholstery, textured stone, warm lighting, and carefully styled accessories.
Design Challenge
The duplex needed to feel luxurious, warm, and highly detailed while remaining calm, practical, and suitable for everyday family living.
Design Solution
A soft neutral palette is paired with dark walnut wood, marble and stone textures, woven fabrics, and warm indirect lighting to create depth and continuity across the duplex. Curved furniture, layered curtains, textured rugs, refined shelving, and sculptural lighting define each zone while keeping the overall atmosphere cohesive.
