Mazaya Developments Booth
The Mazaya Developments Booth is a premium double-height exhibition booth designed to create a strong and memorable presence at Cityscape Egypt. The design combines bold black volumes, red vertical accents, illuminated brand signage, project graphics, open lounge seating, reception, coffee service, and clear visitor circulation to present Gemini Blue Towers and Gemini Red Towers in a confident and contemporary way.
Design Challenge
The main challenge was to create a powerful real estate booth with high visibility from multiple viewing angles while organizing hospitality seating, reception, project presentation, coffee service, branding, digital display areas, and visitor flow within a 115 sqm footprint.
Design Solution
A bold architectural language was developed through strong double-height masses, illuminated linear details, red brand accents, large Mazaya signage, open seating zones, integrated project displays, and a warm wood platform. The result is a premium exhibition booth that feels modern, visible, functional, and commercially engaging while maintaining clear circulation and strong brand identity.
