Option 2
El Farida Hotel Room Option 2 is a contemporary hospitality interior designed to create a calm, refined, and memorable guest experience within a compact 36 sqm space. The room combines warm walnut wood, soft beige upholstery, olive green accents, brass lighting, dark marble details, patterned wall finishes, and layered indirect lighting to achieve a modern luxury hotel atmosphere with a distinctive character. The design balances sleeping, lounging, working, storage, minibar, wardrobe, and bathroom functions while maintaining openness, warmth, comfort, and visual richness.
Design Challenge
The main challenge was to create a premium hotel room experience within a limited area while integrating the twin bed zone, seating corner, work desk, media wall, wardrobe, minibar, entrance zone, and bathroom without making the space feel crowded.
Design Solution
Warm walnut wood anchors the room through full-height paneling, integrated lighting, upholstered headboards, guest controls, and delicate Egyptian-inspired artwork. The opposite wall combines a floating marble desk, TV wall, round mirror, scallop wall cladding, and storage elements, while the bathroom extends the identity with terrazzo-inspired surfaces, ribbed tiles, marble accents, brass fixtures, and concealed lighting.
